When every morning you wake up
All you feel is darkness and gloom
Longing for something you don't even know
Another strange day you'd try to survive
No one knows that your smile is a cover-up
Gone are the days where there is light your room
Freezing with their gazes like a cold snow
Overwhelming pain, yet you need to thrive
Remembering the past makes you stay up
Every night, you wish you can end this soon
Valiantly trying to fight even if you don't know how
Everyone around you gives you all the love they can provide
Right now, I feel numb from all the pain that I have.
